Go Softly Slow Yoga at Mynydd Isa Community Centre


Go softly-slow and relaxing yoga, accessible to people who can’t do a practice that requires a lot of flexibility and strength.It can also be helpful for people recovering from injuries or surgery, or who have joint replacements and need to explore postures slowly and carefully.Like other styles of yoga, gentle yoga relieves stress, increases flexibility, calms the mind, and strengthens the body.

Suitable for the people with restricted mobility issues, pregnant women and anyone who likes a gentle workout.

The class is conducted online via Zoom so you can join from your living room! New to Zoom? To avoid a last-minute rush, set Zoom up on your phone or computer as soon as you have the class link. Simply click the link and it’ll prompt you to download the app. When it’s time to join the class, click the link again. Zoom has a useful help centre if you have any questions.
