Beginners/Intermediate Vinyasa Flow Yoga Class every Monday
Yoga for strength and flexibility. The class workout incorporates breath work, stretch, strength & Yoga postures in Vinyasa style and based on the teaching of Krishnamacharya. You will learn how to understand your body and begin to move more effectively and efficiently, improving posture, strength, flexibility and self awareness.The class is suitable for a beginner or an accomplished athlete.
